How long does a typical grooming session take?
Most dog grooming sessions take between 1-3 hours depending on the size, coat condition, and services requested. Cat grooming typically takes 1-2 hours. We'll provide a more specific time estimate when you book.
Do you offer services for anxious pets?
Absolutely! We specialize in handling anxious and sensitive pets. We offer quieter appointment times, longer sessions with breaks, and can work with your veterinarian if your pet requires anxiety medication. Please mention your pet's anxiety when booking.
What vaccinations does my pet need to visit?
For dogs, we require current rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations. For cats, we require rabies and FVRCP. Please bring proof of vaccination to your first appointment or have your vet email records to us beforehand.
