1. Definitions

3. Pet Grooming Services

3.1 Service Availability

PetStyleHub offers grooming services for dogs and cats. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet at our discretion, especially if we believe the pet's health or behavior poses a risk to our staff or other animals.

3.2 Appointments

All grooming services require an appointment. Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by PetStyleHub.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments or refusal of service.

3.4 Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the safety of all pets and staff, we require proof that your pet has received all required vaccinations before they can receive grooming services. Required vaccinations include:

• For Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough)
• For Cats: Rabies and FVRCP

Vaccinations must be current as of the appointment date. We reserve the right to refuse service if vaccination records are not provided or are not up to date.

3.5 Pet Health and Behavior

You agree to inform us of any health issues, allergies, behavioral problems, or other relevant information about your pet before the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if we determine that a pet has fleas, ticks, or other parasites, or if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff.

3.6 Service Completion

We strive to complete all grooming services within the estimated timeframe. However, the actual time required may vary depending on your pet's coat condition, behavior, and other factors. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.

3.7 Picking Up Your Pet

You agree to pick up your pet at the scheduled time. If you are unable to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for late pick-ups.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services varies based on pet size, coat condition, and specific services requested. Current pricing information is available on our website or by contacting our customer service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for pets with matted coats, for de-shedding treatments, for specialized styling, or for pets requiring extra handling due to behavior. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Website Content

You agree to hold PetStyleHub harmless for any such incidents that are not the result of gross negligence.

6.2 Preexisting Conditions

We are not responsible for any preexisting conditions that may be revealed or aggravated during the grooming process, including but not limited to skin conditions, tumors, or other health issues. If we discover any concerning conditions during grooming, we will inform you promptly.

6.3 Website and Service Availability

PetStyleHub provides its Website and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our Website or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
