At PetStyleHub, we strive to provide the highest quality grooming services for your pets. We understand that occasionally there may be issues or concerns with our services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and how to request them.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
PetStyleHub offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our grooming services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the service provided, we will make it right by offering a complimentary touch-up service or a partial refund at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time services and package purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the grooming service provided
- Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control
- Injury: If your pet sustains an injury during the grooming process due to our negligence (requires veterinary documentation)
- Service Cancellation: If we need to cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe
- Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for services that you have not yet received
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 48 hours of service completion for quality issues or incomplete services
- 24 hours of discovering an injury that may have occurred during grooming
We strongly recommend that you inspect your pet immediately after the grooming service to ensure timely reporting of any issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Service Details: Include your appointment date, the services received, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Documentation: If possible, provide photos that illustrate the issue. For injury claims, veterinary documentation is required.
- Review: Our management team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
5. Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Cash Payments: Refunded in cash if in person, or by check if requested remotely
- Gift Cards: Refunded to the original gift card when possible, or issued as a new gift card
Please note that your bank or credit card company may have additional processing time that is outside of our control.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- No-shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice
- Special Requests: If you requested a specific grooming style and the result meets professional standards but doesn't match your expectations
- Behavioral Issues: If a service cannot be completed due to your pet's behavior (though we may offer a partial refund at our discretion)
- Pre-existing Conditions: Issues arising from pre-existing skin conditions, matting, or other health problems that you did not disclose prior to the appointment
7. Touch-Up Services
In many cases, we prefer to offer a complimentary touch-up service rather than a refund. Touch-up services must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and will address specific areas of concern with the original grooming service.
Touch-up services are provided by the original groomer when possible, or by a senior groomer if the original groomer is unavailable.
8. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages
Gift cards and prepaid service packages have the following refund policies:
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable but transferable to another person
- Prepaid Packages: Refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus the value of any services already received, subject to a 10% administrative fee
Unused prepaid packages expire 12 months after the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
9. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service fee may be charged
- No-shows: 100% of the service fee may be charged
These fees may be waived in emergency situations at our discretion.
